How do we measure our Success?

Customer Satisfaction

Every month we send out feedback requests to our clients.  The results are tallied and all results are followed up with our teams.  Corrective Actions are put in place for each and every score that is less than 100%.

Each client will receive the survey quarterly, so that our monthly results are rotated and we are not getting the same results from the same clients every month.
